USBPre 2 Firmware Download - Revision 1.03

Sound Devices USBPre 2 firmware revision 1.03 provides the following new features and changes:
- Fixed - DC offset issue with A/D values.
Firmware Installation Instructions
Please read and follow the steps below carefully. You may want to print them before upgrading firmware.
- Download the file from the link below that corresponds to your operating system.
- Connect the USBPre 2 to the computer with a USB cable and make certain it is recognized by the computer as a standard sound card.
- Macintosh users: Mount the disk image by double-clicking the usbpre2-1.03.dmg file. A disk labeled usbpre2-1.03 will appear on the desktop. Open this disk and run the application titled usbpre2-1.03
- Windows users: If the Sound Devices ASIO driver for the USBPre 2 is installed, it must be removed in order to successfully update the USBPre 2 firmware. The ASIO driver can be reinstalled after successfully updating the firmware. Double-click the usbpre2-1.03.exe file to run it.
- A window will appear with a message indicating the version number of the USBPre 2's currently installed firmware.
- Click the update button to update the USBPre 2 firmware. When directed, disconnect and reconnect the USB cable of the USBPre 2.
