InfoComm 2016 – Booth# C6443

Sound Devices will be displaying our latest innovations at Booth C6443, such as Sound Devices’ 688 mixer/recorder – featuring Dugan automixing – and the rack-mount 970 audio recorder. On the video side, the Video Devices’ brand of PIX-E Series recording field monitors – featuring H.264 recording – and rack-mount PIX 270i and PIX 250i video recorders will be featured.

Sound Devices’ leading 688 mixer/recorder can help those in the pro-AV industry achieve professional results with simpler workflows and less equipment. The portable 12-input 688 field production mixer with an integrated 16-track recorder, recently added several feature enhancements, most notably the Dugan Speech System™ automixing algorithm. The Dugan option joins the 688’s already-powerful Sound Devices MixAssist™ automixing, so audio professionals can now decide which automixing tool best suits their particular job. Both automixing options allow production mixers to focus on the art of mixing, not the mechanical task of cueing mics in and out.
