TonSpur Sound Devices Day 2025
Sound Devices Day will take place on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at Welle7 in Bern.
Get acquainted with the British/American manufacturer’s portfolio in a relaxed atmosphere. The morning will focus on recorder and mixer solutions, which have long been the de facto industry standard in the broadcast and film sectors. With plenty of hands-on experience, the Sound Devices trainer will guide you through the range of field and location sound recorders, such as the 8 Series, including the Scorpio (32-channel recorder with Dante I/O and 16 microphone amplifiers) and the MixPre (32-bit floating-point recording).
After lunch, we’ll focus on wireless solutions. With the increasing popularity of the ASTRAL Series in the live and installation sectors, Sound Devices’ compact wireless microphone solutions are enjoying increasing popularity in the Swiss market. Learn the benefits of the versatile portfolio and why you’ll only need 1U of rack space for 32 reception channels in the future during a training session led by Leslie Lello from Sound Devices.
