Known Issue

  • MixPre II displays the following error message even when using the ASIO driver with Windows 10 and 11 computers. “The incoming USB Audio is not true 32-bit float. Please use MacOS 10.15 (Catalina) or set output bit depth to integer.”  Please ignore this error message.
